Surface protection films are designed to reduce the cost of maintaining products in good condition. Our protective films provide varied adhesion rates to many varied surfaces. The adhesive system bonds well to a these surfaces protecting them in the course of production, storage, transport or installation. The film can be removed easily, without leaving any adhesive residues.

The basic ingredient in the production of adhesive film is low density polyethylene (LDPE). It is tailored to individual needs and produced using the well-proven modern extrusion technology.

Pairing the optimum adhesive masses with high quality backings is crucial for meeting our customers’ needs.

Our range includes self-adhesive protection film with the thickness up to 1530 mm, natural rubber based adhesive system tapes, acrylic based adhesive system tapes, printed films and laminated adhesive films with custom designs. Our laminated films feature 100% abrasion resistance and excellent UV resistance. CREST CORMIX have specialised slitting and re-winding machinery to develop bulk roll stock into varied widths and lengths to customers’ specifications.

VARNISHED PLATES

We produce a vast range of films designed for the protection of varnished plates. Our films are available in different sizes, colours and bond qualities. All products are tailor-made to suit our customers’ needs. They reliably protect items during manufacture, transport or installation. We use a special type of adhesive, which was developed to facilitate easy and quick removal of the film without leaving residues on the surface.

ALUMINIUM

We also offer a large selection of protective films designed for the protection of aluminium & stainless steel sheets and profiles. Our films are available in different sizes, colours and bond qualities. All products are tailor-made to suit our customers’ needs. They reliably protect items during manufacture, transport or installation. We use a special type of adhesive, which ensures easy and quick removal of the film without leaving residues on the surface. Our protective adhesive films can be applied to brushed, glazed and anodized aluminium surfaces.

PLASTIC PROFILES AND SHEETS

We help our customers to select the type of film tape and adhesive system, as well as the level of adhesion strength that suit best their specific requirements. The most widely used tape colours are white, non-transparent black and white and transparent blue. Films designed for the application on PVC or aluminium window and door profiles can be printed with the company logo, according to the customer’s specifications. Our films are UV stabilised and weather-resistant.

GLASS AND CONSTRUCTION

Our protective films can be applied to protect glass surfaces during construction, renovation or painting. It is also suitable for masking laminate flooring (or other sensitive surfaces), doors, furniture etc. during reconstructions. Its adhesive layer ensures the tape remains attached to the surface and won’t come loose during the works. At the same time, the tape can be removed quickly and easily without leaving residues.

ELECTRONICS

Our specialized, highly transparent protective films with specially developed adhesive system is used in the electrical industry. It secures LCD screens during production and distribution as well as their individual parts and components made of glossy plastics, polycarbonates and other sensitive materials. If required, we can also produce a variety films with anti-static finishing.
